Hours of Operation 

What are your hours?

Our current COVId-19 hours are limited from 8:30am-4:15pm. This limits greatly the spread and exposure to COVID-19 and in turn limiting potential quarantines for your child and family. 

Are you open year round?

Yes, our program is open all year. For a full list of scheduled school closures, please click "Family Forms" above and "2020-2021 School Closings". 

About Us 

How long have you been open?

We have been open for over 10 years. We are proud of the reputation we have established. Please ask around, most of our families attend our program based on referrals from other families. It's a true honor. 

Do you have a high turnover rate with teachers?

Early Childhood Education and Care historically is a field teachers enter prior to working in the public sector of Elementary Education. This accounts to the largest factor of why programs have teachers come and go. Continuity is something our program strives for. We are grateful for the hard work that all of our teachers provide and have provided our students (present and past) no matter the length of time they are with us. 

Enrollment 

Can I set up a tour in person?

At this time we are not offering in person tours. We do have a virtual tour available on our website. Additionally, our Admissions Director, Ms. Alissa, is always happy to schedule a personal video call or you may attend one of our weekly "Q&A" sessions. 

 

I would love to enroll my child in your program, how do I go about that?

Do I need to provide a deposit to hold my spot?

Yes, a non refundable deposit in the amount of two weeks is required to hold a spot. Additionally a $75 non refundable application fee is required. The deposit will be applied toward your child's first two weeks. In the event you do not begin on the determined time, you would forfeit your deposit and application fee. 

How much does the program cost?

Do you offer financial aide?

We do offer assistance for families in need. Please discuss this detail with our Admissions Director and she can provide you with an application to do so. 

COVID-19 

Will my child be required to wear a mask? 

Children 2-4 are strongly encouraged to wear a mask, but not required. Children 5 and up are required to wear a mask (per EEC protocol). 

Will my child be allowed to play with other children?

Yes, emotional and social development is one of the biggest skill sets a child will learn in early childhood education. It is imperative that they have many opportunities to engage in a playful manner with peers. 

Class Set Up 

Who will be my child's teacher? 

Our Admissions Director can better answer this question, but a full list of teachers and biographies is available on our website so you can meet them all! 

How many students will be in my child's class?

If your child is a toddler, he/she will have four other peers and one teacher in their classroom. If your child is a preschooler, he/she will either have nine other peers (and one teacher) or seventeen other peers (and two teachers). Classroom assignment will be determined at the time of enrollment.
