Please note that if you utlize this option and do not wish to do the decoration add on. Meaning if you wish to decorate yourself, it is advised to purchase extra time to set up and clean up your decorations. Set up and clean up is included only with the decoration add option.
Party Room + Birthday Coordinator
This includes use of our party room for 2 hours. You will also be provided a Birthday Coordinator. Your designated Birthday Coordinator will be available for the entirety of your party. This person will be as involved as you like and help with things like time management, manage crafts or activites, transition guests from one event to the other (crafts, food, singing, etc) and overall keep the event running smoothly with you and your child in mind. It's your child's special day - allow yourself to sit back and enjoy the event while we manage those details!
Outside food and beverages are allowed (no alcohol). The capacity for child seating in this room is up to 16 children. Adults are welcome to stand around the tables. Do you expect more than 16 children? No problem. We can help with ideas to utilize the room with more children.
