Ms. Ashley Hufnagel Gorton
Program Director

Ms. Ashley is one of the three owners and is our Program Director. She received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care and a minor in Special Education from Bridgewater State University. While in college, she also attained her Director II Certification. In her spare time, she enjoys biking and hiking with her two sons and husband.

Ms. Alissa Hufnagel Saarmann
Admissions Director

Ms. Alissa one of the three owners of the program and is our Admissions Director. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Learning and Development from Framingham State University. She holds her Director Certification with the EEC. Ms. Alissa was born and raised on the Cape and loves beach days with her three sons and husband.

Ms. Ginny Hufnagel Knapp
Business Director

Ms. Ginny is one of the three owners of the program. When her two daughters were young, she owned and operated a family daycare from home. Ms. Ginny handles office management within our program. She holds her Director Certification with the EEC. Her free time is spent with her five grandchildren and husband.

Teachers

Ms. Katelynne Schilling
Preschool Teacher

Katelynne received her degree in Early Childhood Education and has been a proud teacher for 15 years, working with infants toddlers and preschoolers. She is the proud mother of four. In her spare time she enjoys reading and crafting! As a mother and educator Katelynne looks forward to offering your child a safe place to feel comfortable away from home and to teach the foundations needed for kindergarten readiness.

Ms. Jamie Sterling
Infant + Toddler Teacher

Jamie is a "washashore" and has been living here for over 10 year! She lives here with her three boys and husband. Together, they enjoy anything involving the ocean. Jamie comes to us with extensive experience within childcare programs - working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. She exhibits great warmth and love to her students, providing them with a warm and safe place to learn how to feel secure outside of their home.

Ms. Adrianna Briggs-Mitrokost
Infant + Toddler Teacher

Adrianna was born and raised on the Cape and graduated from Mashpee High School in 2018. In 2022 she graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in psychology. She has always loved working with children. She's worked with multiple are groups including her work within another childcare center and a summer camp counselor. Ms. Adrianna has two cats named Baby and Beans and a dog named Owen. She loves hanging out with her friends and family in my spare time!
