Requirements
Child must be fully vaccinated based on their age (see below).
Child must have had a physical within 1 year which states they are well to participate.
A completed application is due at least 1 week prior to 1st day.

Age Requirement
This program is for children age 5, 6, 7 or 8.

Ratio
There is one staff per ten children.
